Charges
A charge is a billing entity used to manage the money flow. By generating charges with specific parameters, the platform step-by-step debits or refunds money from or to the account balance (the current debt within the Postpay model).
A billing period is a period of up to 31 days that starts on the billing day and ends on the day before the next billing day.
Blocked charges represent the amount reserved as an advance sum for subscriptions of an account for the current and future billing periods.
Closed charges represent the final reducing of the account balance.
