Vendors

Vendors are used in the platform to build an end-to-end connection between products at all levels of resellers. As a result, the following limitations are applied:

1. Only the root reseller can manage vendors.
2. Vendors are not delegated to downstream reseller levels. However, downstream resellers can view and use them in their products.
3. For products received from Vendor Portal at any reseller level, a vendor is created on the root reseller level.
