Extended integration with Microsoft services


  • Billing for the Azure Savings Plan service has been implemented for Microsoft Azure Plan subscriptions. To count its consumption, the platform uses rows from the final Microsoft invoice, similar to reserved (Azure RI) and third-party resources. (CR-2445)
  • The tool to search and cancel Microsoft NCE subscriptions automatically migrated from Legacy (Office 365) has been improved. It now additionally searches for and cancels all Microsoft NCE subscriptions automatically created for each addon on the expiration of a main Legacy subscription. (CR-2483, SAP-21330)
  • The text of a Microsoft account update error has been improved when a subscription is ordered for an existing Microsoft Tenant. (CR-2318, SAP-19988)

Improved receiving of payments from an external system by payment number


When an external system calls an API method to complete a payment using its document_id number, the platform compares the actual paid amount and the payment amount, as well as the previous and current payment statuses. In cases of overpayment, partial or repeat payment, the platform creates a correction to the account balance and notifies managers that manual confirmation is required. (CR-2313)

Implemented the ability to manage the availability of changing the resource quantity in trial subscriptions


A new setting in the service terms allows changing the resource quantity in trial subscriptions. Permissions are set individually for the Operator Control Panel and the Customer Control Panel. Changing the resource quantity in trial subscriptions remains prohibited by default, as it was implemented in previous versions of the platform. (CR-1921)

Added support for upgrade-to products in the recommendation service


A list of upgrade-to products is created automatically from products of switchable plans linked to plans of a main product. Managers can view the list of upgrade-to products, set their priority, and insert information about them into notification templates for expiring subscriptions. In future versions, customers will see upgrade-to products on the main page of the Customer Control Panel and a subscription detail page. The algorithm for determining the default priority of the featured products in the recommendation service has also been improved: now new products are added to the end of the list and have the lowest priority. Improved user experience in the platform


In the Customer Control Panel:

  • The layout of pages and UI components have been improved. (CR-2400)
  • The display of detailed descriptions of refunds has been added for switch plan orders. (CR-2164)
  • The navigation menu display on the product page in the catalog has been improved. When scrolling the page, the menu remains pinned at the top, and the name of the current section is highlighted. (CR-2467)
  • The algorithm of auto-filling address information of a customer's organization has been improved. (CR-2385)
  • The "Guaranteed payments" section is now hidden if a customer's account is not allowed to have guaranteed payments according to the applied terms. (CR-2403)

In the Operator Control Panel:

  • The user experience has been improved in the "Product recommendations" section. (CR-2492)
  • The support for blank titles has been added to screenshots, videos, documents, and benefits of the marketing information of a product. (CR-2465)
  • To reduce the risk of MFA code guessing, the ability to change login attempt settings for the second step of authentication has been removed. (CR-2499)

General improvements:

  • The check for the uniqueness of attribute keys for connectors based on the Vendor Service Plugin (VSP) has been changed. Previously, the attribute key had to be unique within the entire connector, but now — only within the entity to which the attribute belongs (subscription, distributor, or reseller). (CR-2254)
  • The new design of the Customer Store's Storefront is now automatically applied when a new Customer Store is created. The design itself has also been improved: the plan and benefit cards are left-aligned, and product screenshots are displayed in full, keeping their aspect ratio. (CR-2520, CR-2526)
  • Various technical improvements have been implemented. (CR-2184, CR-2509, AB-38606, AB-39637, AB-40187, AB-40241)

Extended API


For the API v3 method to complete a payment by its number (document_id), the validation of the actual paid amount has been added. (CR-2313)

For the API v3 methods to get information about orders, information about the ID of an ordered plan resource has been added. (CR-2461, SAP-21174)

New methods of the internal API have been implemented, and several existing ones have been improved. (CR-1921)
