Search

You can search in the catalog (see Catalog) from any page of Reseller Store:

  1. In the upper part of a page, in a field with the  icon, start typing the name or SKU (part number) of a plan.

The list of suggested plans with relevant names or SKUs appears.
  2. View through the suggested results:
    • If there is the required plan in the list, click its name. A page with the search results is displayed and includes this plan only.
    • If there is no required plan in the list, click Show all results. A page with all search results is displayed.

You can also press ENTER or click to go to a page with all search results.

A page with the search results includes information about relevant plans in the following columns (for the general rules of working with tables in Reseller Store, see Navigation):

  • Product — the product name as a link to the product page in the catalog (see Catalog).
  • Tariff plans — the list of plans with the search-relevant names or SKUs within a product:
    • The plan name.
    • Trial — the label is displayed if a plan has at least one trial period (see Subscription management).
    • The plan SKU (part number), if applicable.
  • ERP — the minimal price of a subscription in the plan currency for a given charging period recommended by the vendor. It is displayed for reference so you can compare it with the Reseller price. Not displayed if equals 0.
  • Reseller price — the minimal price of a subscription in the plan currency for a given charging period set by the partner. Free — for plans that have a trial period.
  • A button to purchase a subscription (see Order subscription):
    • Try — the button is displayed if the plan has a trial period.
    • Order — the button is displayed if the plan has no trial periods.

A part of the plan name or SKU that matches the search query is highlighted in green. Within a product, plans are sorted by price, from lowest to highest. Plans with the same price are sorted by name (digits, from A to Z, from А to Я).

Specifics of the mobile view are described in Navigation.
