You can view the information required to start using an Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud subscription on the Activation tab of the subscription page in the Customer Control Panel (see ):

User manual — the subscription activation instruction. The instruction is also sent after purchase.

Acronis Portal — the Acronis portal URL. A link to the Acronis portal is also displayed on the subscription card and the Managing tab.

Admin Login — the email of the tenant's admin on the Acronis side.

Tenant ID — the ID of a tenant on the Acronis side used to store all subscriptions of one account in ActivePlatform.
