Google Cloud Platform. Analytics

All data in the Analytics section is for informational purposes only and cannot be used as the basis for payments. Information about consumed resources is displayed in the language set by the reseller and may differ from the language of the Customer Control Panel.

Use the Cost overview subsection to analyze the consumption of a Google Cloud Platform subscription by resource categories and resources. Information about the consumption of a Google Cloud Platform subscription includes two types:

  • Preliminary consumption data within a single resource Preliminary consumption in the daily granularity. Once Google provides detailed consumption data at the start of the next billing period, its amount may change.

  • Final detailed consumption data by resource category and resource:

    • Information is available in the daily and monthly granularity.

    • The following filters are available:

      • Сategory — the category of a resource on the Google side. 

      • Tags — the tags of a resource on the Google side.

      • Adjustment info — if present, indicates a modification of the consumption amount made on the Google billing side.

      • Cost type — the type of cost applied on the Google side: regular, tax, adjustment, or rounding error.

      • Project name — a project created by a customer on the Google side and associated with the resources.

      • Unit — the units of a resource on the Google side.

    • A detailed consumption report with the applied filters is available for download.

Use the Reports subsection to download a report on the consumption of a Google Cloud Platform subscription for a closed billing period with daily granularity and the following additional columns:

  • Project name — a project created by a customer on the Google side and associated with the resources.

  • Cost type — the type of cost applied on the Google side: regular, tax, adjustment, or rounding error.
