To manage your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, use the Managing tab of the subscription page in the Customer Control Panel (see ). Some operations are also available from the subscription card in the list of subscriptions of your account (see ).
Assigning to users licenses purchased within a subscription is performed in Adobe Admin Console (see Assign a license to teams user).

Prolong subscription
Prolongation is not used for Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions since they are paid for the whole period at once.
Renew subscription

When an expired subscription is renewed, the new expiration date is set as the current expiration date (cotermDate) + 1 year.

For renewing a subscription, resources can be upgraded or downgraded. Resources can be downgraded below the number of licenses assigned to users in Adobe Admin Console. In this case, the excess licenses are unassigned automatically on the Adobe side. If necessary to reassign licenses, use Adobe Admin Console.
Switch plan
Switching the plan is not used for Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions.
Change resources
For the general description of the procedure, see in the Customer Control Panel guide.
Reducing the number of resources is not available during the whole period of an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
Do not use Adobe Admin Console to change the number of licenses instead of the Customer Control Panel.
Stop and activate subscription
Stopping and activating are not available for Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions.
Delete subscription
Deleting is not available for Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions.
