- Creates a Renew Order.
- Creates Charges for the next year.
- Renews a Subscription for the next year and sets the expiration date as the previous expiration date + 1 year.

Delayed renewing of a Subscription

Delayed renewing allows a Customer to renew a Subscription with annual payments in advance, before the Subscription expiration day, and change the amount of the Resources (regardless of the fact whether all Charges were closed manually or not). Delayed renewing has the following particular aspects:
- A Customer can change the amount of the Resources. For the general description of the procedure, see Change resources.
- The Renewal Order has the following attributes: Delayed = True, Provisioning date = the Subscription expiration date.
- When the Payment is completed (within the Prepay model) or the Order is created (within the Postpay model), the Order gets the Waiting for provisioning status and is postponed to the Provisioning date. No information is sent to Microsoft Partner Center before this date.
- Provisioning of the Order starts when the Provisioning date is less than or equal to the current date. The Order gets the Provisioning status.
- Charges related to the Order are created starting from the Subscription expiration date.
- For the Order in the Waiting for provisioning status, Charges are blocked on the Account balance similar to the Provisioning status, the Charges have the New status.
- Till the Subscription expiration date, the Order can be cancelled (see Cancel order) or edited (see Edit payment).
- If the Order is not completed in due time, the Subscription is stopped and can be renewed manually.
