Dr.Web. "Configuration" section

The Configuration section is used to manage the Dr.Web Subscription. To view the Configuration section:

1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
2. Hover the mouse pointer over the Dr.Web Entry Point. The  button is displayed in the lower right corner of the Entry Point.
3. Click . The Dr.Web Entry Point menu is displayed.
4. On the Subscription menu, click Configuration. The Configuration page is displayed.

The page contains the following elements:

• Subscription ID and Subscription name.

• The Activate button (see Stop subscription).

  When a Subscription is activated, all Stations in the Stopped status get the Running status. The status of deleted Stations does not change.

• The Subscription status.
• The Subscription management section:
  • Stations (see Dr.Web. "Stations" section).
  • Analytics (see Dr.Web. "Analytics" section).
  • Orders (see List of orders в ActivePlatform. Customer Control Panel).
• The Additional Resources management section is not available for the Dr.Web Subscription.

• The Stop button (see Stop subscription).

  When a Subscription is stopped, all Stations in the Running status get the Stopped status. The status of deleted Stations does not change. The billing is stopped on next day after Subscription cancellation.
