Manage Kaspersky (PAYG and Yearly) subscription
To manage your Kaspersky subscription, use the Managing tab of the subscription page in the Customer Control Panel (see Subscription details). Some operations are also available from the subscription card in the list of subscriptions of your account (see List of subscriptions).
Unlike ActivePlatform, which uses UTC+3, the service on the Kaspersky side operates in the UTC time zone. To ensure billing compliance, some actions in ActivePlatform can be delayed until the next day in the UTC time zone to ensure that the current date in ActivePlatform and on the Kaspersky side coincide.
