Manage Microsoft Office 365 subscription
To manage your Microsoft Office 365 subscription, use the Managing tab of the subscription page in the Customer Control Panel (see Subscription details). Some operations are also available from the subscription card in the list of subscriptions of your account (see List of subscriptions).

Prolong subscription

Prolongation is used for subscriptions with monthly payments only.
Renew subscription
For the general description of the procedure, see Renew subscription in the Customer Control Panel guide.
If auto-renewal of a Microsoft Office 365 subscription is not supported on the Microsoft side, the auto-renewal option in the platform is turned off and blocked. Such subscriptions can be renewed only manually.
If you pay to renew a subscription after the expiration date, the period of the renewed subscription is shortened: the new expiration date is set as the previous expiration date + 1 year.
Switch plan

For Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions, switching the plan is performed only manually and used in the following cases:
- Switching from a trial to a paid subscription with monthly or annual payments.
- Changing the plan of a paid subscription without changing the monthly or annual payments.
Change resources
For the general description of the procedure, see Change resources in the Customer Control Panel guide.
- Reducing the quantity of resources for a Microsoft Office 365 subscription with annual payments is only available before its charges are closed.
- For trial subscriptions, the resource quantity is fixed at 25.
Stop and activate subscription

Stopping a Microsoft Office 365 subscription with annual payments is only available before its charges are closed.
If a Microsoft Office 365 subscription remains stopped for over 90 days, it is automatically deleted in Microsoft Partner Center and the platform. All user data linked to the subscription is also deleted permanently.
Delete subscription
Manual deleting of a Microsoft Office 365 subscription is not available.
