A product is an entity used by a reseller to manage sales of vendor services and applications. In ActivePlatform, a product includes the data required to sell it via Customer Store (see Managing Storefront):

In ActivePlatform, a product is directly connected to a plan (see Managing plans), and indirectly — via the plan — to an application (see Сonnectors) and to a service term (see Managing service terms). For an account ordered a subscription within a product, the reseller can assign the responsible managers (product managers).
