A plan is a pack of services and resources with pricing and provisioning terms. Plans include the upgrade availability, refund policy, subscription periods, etc.
In the Operator Control Panel, a plan can be created by one of the following means:

Manually by a reseller's manager using one of the connectors (see Creating a plan).

Automatically by delegating from the upstream reseller (see Delegating plans to resellers).

Automatically by receiving from Vendor Portal via the vendor's distribution network (see Synchronization of products and plans between Vendor Portal and ActivePlatform).
