Transferring a Domain

The domain transferring function if the Operator has active Plans that were configured to register domain names (for more information see Managing Domains in the ActivePlatform. Operator Control Panel).

To transfer a Domain to the Customer Control Panel:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. On Applications page, click the Domains entry point. The Domains page will be displayed on the screen (see Viewing the List of Domains).

  3. On the Domains page, click the Transfer In button.

  4. On the Domain Transfer page, in the Domain field, type the domain name, which will be transferred.
     


     

  5. Click Next.

  6. On the Domain Transfer page, in the Transfer key field, type the key, which was generated in the third-party system to transfer the domain.


     

  7. Click Next. The Workspace displays the New Order Application page.


     

  8. If you have a promotion code, type it into the Promo Code field to get a discount.

  9. Look through the order details and сlick Next. The new Payment will be created, you should complete it to transfer the Domain (see Completing a Payment manually).
