Completing a Payment

The number of Payments with the Waiting for payment and Expired statuses is displayed on the Billing button at the Navigation Bar, and in the Billing section of the Horizontal navigation menu.

To complete a Payment:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. On the Navigation Bar, click Billing.
  3. In the Horizontal navigation menu, click Payments. The Payments page is displayed (see Viewing the list of Payments). Payments with the Waiting for payment and Expired statuses are displayed as blocks containing the Payment details (see Viewing Payment Details) and buttons that allow selecting a Payment method.

    When Pay from balance is used:

    • If the Account Balance has funds sufficient for completing the Payment (taking into account the Financial blocking threshold), the Payment will be excluded from the list of Payments. In this case, the Paid from balance remark appears in the related entity — Order or Invoice.
    • If the Account Balance does not have funds sufficient for completing the Payment (taking into account the Financial blocking threshold), the page for topping up the Account Balance is displayed (see Balance topping up). The Amount field is prefilled with the amount of the Payment (the Financial blocking threshold is not taken into account).

    When the funds are transferred to the service provider account, the Payment gets the Completed status.
