Managing the Distribution Groups of an Internal User

To manage the Distribution Groups of an Internal User:

  1. Sign in to Customer Control Panel.
  2. Click Users on the Navigation Bar. The Workspace displays the List of Users (see Viewing the List of Users).
  3. In the List of Users, click the name of a User, whose Distribution Groups should be managed. The Workspace displays the information about the selected User (see Viewing and updating Internal User information).

    You can also view the user's general information form from the Users page of the service by clicking the name of a user in the list (see Viewing the List of Users with access to a Service).

  4. Click Distribution Groups in the left navigation panel. The Distribution Group page appears. 

    By default, all Users are members of the Default distribution group.
