Account details

To view and update the account details:

  1. Click the user icon in the upper right corner on any page. The user menu is displayed.
  2. In the user menu, select Accounts. The list of accounts associated with the user is displayed (see Accounts).
  3. Click the name of the required account. A page with the following tabs is displayed:
    • Account information — information about the selected account:
      • The status of the account:
        • Active — the associated customer can order and manage subscriptions using this account.
        • Administrative hold — a manager manually blocked an account. All operations in the Customer Control Panel are not available for this account. If your account has the Administrative hold status, contact your manager.
        • Credit hold — an account is blocked automatically due to a debt on the account balance. Operations with subscriptions are partially limited. To get out of the credit hold, see Blocked account.
      • The type of the associated customer: a legal entity or a natural person.
      • Manager — the name of a personal manager assigned to the account (if available) and an icon with a link to the manager's email.
      • The address details and any extra information about the account, depending on the account type and the reseller.
      • Terms & Conditions — a link to the Terms & Conditions document and information about consent, if required by the reseller: the name, email, and IP address of the account's user and the date. The Terms & Conditions may be accepted multiple times: on first log in to the Customer Control Panel and then each time the account orders a subscription. The card displays information only about the most recent consent.
    • Users — the list of users associated with the selected account (see Account users).
    • Notifications settings — the list of notification categories and the messages receiving controls (see Notification settings).
  4. If it is necessary to update the account details:
    1. On the Account information tab, change the information available for editing. The pop-up panel with the Save button appears at the bottom of the page.

Your reseller may limit the countries and regions available for specifying the account address. Also, the reseller may prohibit changing the country specified during account creation.

    2. Click Save.
