Automatic activating of a subscription

The platform automatically activates your subscriptions in the following cases:

  • A prolong order or renewal order is completed for a stopped subscription:
    • On the order provisioning date — when an order in the Waiting for provisioning status automatically gets the Completed status (see Prolong subscription and Delayed renew subscription).
    • When a payment linked to an order is completed manually.

      For a stopped subscription, a prolong order and renewal order are never paid automatically regardless of the Auto-renew option (see Auto-renew subscription), so such subscriptions are not activated automatically.

  • Your account is returned from the credit hold (see Blocked account).
  • A manager returned your account from the administrative hold (see Blocked account).
  • For postpaid subscriptions — when all conditions are met to activate a blocked subscription (see Specifics of postpaid subscriptions).

    Linked to an expired payment, a stopped postpaid subscription remains in the Stopped status after completing the payment (see Оплата Подписок по Акту для модели Постоплата) if a manager declined an operation for stopping the subscription when the account moved to the credit hold, but then the subscription was stopped manually.

  • The subscription status in the platform is synchronized with the vendor site — for some services only. In this case, the platform activates a subscription that is already active on the vendor side.

Manual activating of a subscription

You can manually activate a stopped subscription if you decide to continue using it.

Manual stopping and activating of a subscription are only available for selected plans and services.

The refund policy and the activation fee depend on the terms of the plan.

To activate a stopped subscription:

  1. In the navigation menu, select Subscriptions. The list of subscriptions of the current account is displayed (see List of subscriptions).
  2. Find the required subscription in the list.
  3. In the card of the required subscription, click Activate. The confirmation pop-up window appears.

    The Activate button is also available in the menu in the subscription card header and on the Managing tab of a subscription (see Subscription details).

  4. In the confirmation window, click Confirm. The subscription gets the Activating status. If the operation is successful, the subscription gets the Active status.
