Managing an Order

An Order describes a purchase of the Customer. The following types of Orders are used in the system:

• Sales Order — a customer has ordered services from online store, the Customer Control panel, or the Operator Control Panel.
• Renewal Order — a customer has renewed a Subscription.
• Change Order — a customer has purchased or refused Additional Resources.
• Switch plan Order - a customer has switched from one to another Plan.

The Orders management includes the following operation:

• Creating an Order
• Viewing the List of Orders
• Viewing Order Details
• Editing a Setup Fee of the Sales Order
• Setting the Expiration Date
• Manual approving of a Payment for the Order
• Cancel an Order before payment
