Charges deleting

The table below describes the cases, in which the Charges are deleted.

This article cover only the deleting of Charges that were generated withing the Prepay charging model.

The particular aspects of Charges deleting withing the Postpay charging model are described in Particular aspects of Charges within the Postpay charging model.

Charges are deleted when the amount of days specified in the Cancel unpaid order in field passes, and the Order still is not paid (see Creating an Account Class). Details are given below.

for Resources amount increasing

Charges with the Blocked and Opened statuses are deleted at the moment of the manual Charges closing. One new Charge for the whole Subscription period is generated basing on the deleted Charges of each type.

If an Order wasn't paid before the amount of days specified in the Cancel unpaid order in field passes, then the Order is deleted and Charges receive the Deleted status.
