Charges refund

Refunds are available for the Recurring fee charges for the additional quantity of resources. The following operations cause the charge refund:

• Creating an order for reducing the resource quantity (see Upgrading or Downgrading a Subscription).
• Switching the plan of a subscription if the additional quantity of resources was ordered for the current plan (see Switching a Plan).

When switching the plan of a subscription, closed charges are refunded by creating another charge in the Closed status but with a negative amount for the unused part of the period (see Switching a Plan).
