Viewing and updating a service term
Service terms delegated from the upstream reseller are read-only except for the following:
- You can add new account types.
- You can change the Subscription renew settings (by default) pricing option.
When the upstream reseller changes (deletes) a delegated service term, it is automatically changed (deleted) for all the downstream resellers, but the selected Subscription renew settings (by default) pricing option is not changed.
To view and update a service term:
- Go to Service Terms (see Navigation). The list of service terms is displayed (see Viewing the list of service terms).
- Click the ID or name of the required service term. The service term details page is displayed. The page includes the following tabs:
- General — information about the service term (see Creating a service term).
- Log — the history of operations with the service term (see Viewing the system log).
- If it is necessary to update the service term details:
- On the General tab, change the required options available for editing.
- Click Update.
On the upstream reseller level, for a service term delegated to the downstream resellers, the platform requires that the new Key value does not match any key in the service terms of all downstream resellers.
On the downstream reseller level, for a service term with Delegated = No, the platform requires that the new Key value does not match any key in the service terms delegated from the upstream reseller.
