Disabling the automatic markup for existing plans

Automatic markup cannot be turned off for plans with the Pay as you go (external) billing type.

To turn off the automatic markup for existing plans:

  1. Go to Price List (see Navigation). The price list page is displayed (see Viewing the price list).

  2. Select the checkboxes in the rows of the required plans. The Disable automatic update button becomes available.

    To select all plans on the page, select the checkbox in the table header. Use the filters and search, if necessary (see Viewing the price list).



  3. Click Disable automatic update. The confirmation window is displayed with information about the number of affected plans.



  4. Click Confirm. For the selected plans, the automatic markup is turned off, and the is not set value is displayed in the Auto Markup column.
