Consumption peaks report
The consumption peaks report includes the list of records about consumption peaks detected for all subscriptions with the Pay as you go billing type during the specified period. The platform detects consumption peaks if only the Activate monitoring consumption anomalies setting is turned on for a reseller (see General system settings).
To create the consumption peaks report:
- Go to Reports (see Navigation). The Sales Reports page is displayed.
- In the Monitoring consumption anomalies for PAYG subscriptions group:
- Set the period of the report using the From Date and To Date fields.
- Click Generate Report.
The report will be sent in the .XLSX format to the email of the manager who requested the report. The report includes the following columns:
- Account ID.
- Account Name.
- Subscription ID.
- Subscription Name.
- Subscription Status.
Anomaly date — the date when a consumption peak occurred (YYYY-MM-DD).
- Consumption amount (reseller currency) — the consumption peak amount in the reseller currency.
- Сurrency — the reseller currency code.
- Detected at — the date and time when a consumption peak was detected.
