Signing in to the Operator Control Panel

To access the Operator Control Panel, use one of the available options:

• Signing in to the Operator Control Panel with manager's credentials

  If the manager's password is lost or forgotten, see Resetting a forgotten manager's password.

• Signing in to the Operator Control Panel with Microsoft
  

  Using the Microsoft account to access the Operator Control Panel is only available for managers who contacted via the ActivePlatform application in the Microsoft AppSource catalog (see Configuring access to the Operator Control Panel with Microsoft (Azure AD)).
