After a subscription is created, the account Owner receives an email with instructions on how to activate the purchased service on the vendor side (see ). The email for a new domain subscription includes the login and password to access Microsoft Partner Center.

Until the service is activated on the vendor side, a subscription in the platform has the Installing status.
