Update a product

You can update a published product if you need to change or add information about the product. The update may be required, for example, if the base URL for requests to your API service is changed or a new distributor is added to the product distribution network.

To update a published product:

  1. On the left Navigation Bar, click All products. The product list is displayed.
  2. Find the required product in the product list. You can use the Status = Published filter, as well as a full-text search in the Find field on the top toolbar.
  3. Click the required product. The Product Dashboard is displayed.

  4.  Make any required changes in the product information. The procedure is similar to creating a new product (see Configure your product with the Product Dashboard). After saving the first changes, the product will move from the Accepted stage to Not ready for moderation or Ready for moderation.
  5. Resend the product to moderation and make sure the product is published (see Publish a product). Until publication of the updated product version, the changes do not affect the product version that your distributors sell.
