Access levels of users

The access level of a user defines the availability of sections of the Customer Control Panel and operations that a user can perform. A user can be attached to several accounts and have different access levels for them:

  • Owner — the only user with access to all sections and operations.

  • Admin — a user with access to all sections and operations except for managing the Owner.

  • Financial manager — a user with access to payments and orders except for changing and canceling them.

  • User — a user with access only to services assigned by Admin or Owner. In the Customer Control Panel, only the profile and notifications are available for a User.

Every account has the Owner, and only one user can be the Owner for an account. At the same time, an account may have any Admins, Financial managers, and Users.

Some users may not be attached to any account — for example, after the quick registration in the Customer Control Panel (see Quick registration). Such users have limited discovery access with the ability to order a subscription, create a new account, and become its Owner.
