Non-Recurring. Charges generation

General rules
The Non-Recurring billing type is used to sell licenses as a one-time subscription.
Plans with the Non-Recurring billing type have the following distinctive features:
- For periods, all fees are not set.
- For resources, only the Setup fee is set.
Subscriptions to plans with the Non-Recurring billing type have the following distinctive features:
- Active subscriptions have the Delivered status.
- Upgrading and downgrading resources are not available.
- Renewing a subscription (manual and automatic) is not available.
- Switching a plan is not available.
- Stopping and activating a subscription are not available.
Ordering a subscription
Only the Setup fee charges are generated for a subscription. The Setup fee charges are generated for a period equal to the subscription period and are closed when the order is completed. These types of charges change their attributes in a standard way (see Charges default attributes and Charges attributes changing) except the following: if a sales order is paid during the next billing period (see Ordering subscriptions), the charges are generated from the order completion date to the subscription expiration date.
Deleting a subscription
Deleting a subscription does not affect its charges.
