Cancelling a task
The Tasks section is available only to the root reseller of the installation. You can cancel tasks only in the Scheduled and Unsuccessful statuses.
To cancel a task:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel on the root reseller level.
- Go to Tasks (see Navigation).
- Click the ID or description of the required task in the Scheduled or Unsuccessful status. The task details page is displayed (see Viewing task details).
- Click Cancel. The task is stopped and gets the Cancelled status.
