Cancelling a task

The Tasks section is available only to the root reseller of the installation. You can cancel tasks only in the Scheduled and Unsuccessful statuses.

To cancel a task:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel on the root reseller level.
  2. Go to Tasks (see Navigation).
  3. Click the ID or description of the required task in the Scheduled or Unsuccessful status. The task details page is displayed (see Viewing task details).
  4. Click Cancel. The task is stopped and gets the Cancelled status.
