Restarting a task
The Tasks section is available only to the root reseller of the installation. You can restart tasks only in the Unsuccessful status.
To restart a task manually:
- Sign in to the Operator Control Panel on the root reseller level.
- Go to Tasks (see Navigation).
- Click the ID or description of the required task in the Unsuccessful status. The task details page is displayed (see Viewing task details).
- Click Run. The task gets the Scheduled (if the task is placed in the queue) or Running (if the task is started without waiting in the queue) status.
