Restarting a task

The Tasks section is available only to the root reseller of the installation. You can restart tasks only in the Unsuccessful status.

To restart a task manually:

  1. Sign in to the Operator Control Panel on the root reseller level.
  2. Go to Tasks (see Navigation).
  3. Click the ID or description of the required task in the Unsuccessful status. The task details page is displayed (see Viewing task details).
  4. Click Run. The task gets the Scheduled (if the task is placed in the queue) or Running (if the task is started without waiting in the queue) status.
