Managing access to Customer Store

The Customer Store status defines whether Storefront is available via the public and service domains.

Customer Store can have one of the following statuses:

  • Active Storefront is available via the public and service domains (see Customer Store Activation).
  • Maintenance Storefront is available via the service domain only (see Changing the Customer Store status to Maintenance). When a user tries to access Storefront via the public domain, the Maintenance page is displayed. By default, Customer Store is created in the Maintenance status.
  • Inactive Storefront is not available via the public and service domains (see Customer Store Deactivation). In the Inactive status, the general settings of Customer Store are saved, but cannot be changed. The other settings are available.
