Customer Store activation

The Customer Store status can be changed to Active from the Inactive and Maintenance statuses. 

In the Active status:

  • Storefront is available via the public domain (when specified, see Managing public domain) and via the service domain.
  • The automatic data synchronization with ActivePlatform is performed as scheduled (see Managing synchronization of data).
  • The Go to Customer Store link is available and redirects to the public domain (if specified) or to the service domain (if not) (see Link to Customer Store).

To activate Customer Store:

  1. Go to Storefront (see Navigation). The General tab of the Customer Store Control Panel is displayed.
  2. Click Activate and confirm the action.



  3. Make sure that in the General information group, Status = Active.
