You can transfer to individual prices any subscription ordered at the plan prices (see Ordering a subscription at the plan prices) regardless of the Fixed price option (see Plan information) of its plan. The only exception is subscriptions with the Pay as you go (external) billing type because they use an individual markup rather than individual prices (see Viewing and updating the individual markup).
On the subscription page, all prices are displayed in the plan currency (see Plan information). It may differ from the reseller currency (see Creating a new reseller) used in orders, charges, and payments for the subscription.
In the Subscription group, turn On the Individual prices switch.
In the appeared Individual Price column, enter the required values.
Click Apply.
Transferring a subscription to individual prices is not available when a subscription has an uncompleted order or the subscription status in not Active, Graced, Stopped, or Delivered.
For the following fee types, individual prices cannot be set: Setup fee (one-time), Renewal fee (one-time), . However, you can set an individual price for Renewal fee (one-time) feeon a page of a delayed renewal order for a subscription with theUse individual pricesoption (see Delayed renewing of a subscription).
If a subscription has a non-endless period, the final prices will be determined using its renewal settings (see Ordering a subscription at the individual prices). The corresponding message is displayed on clicking the Apply button.
The default subscription renewal settings are inherited from the service term of a plan (see Creating a service term). If you need another pricing option for the subscription renewal, go to the subscription details page and select it (see Viewing and updating subscription's details).
