Managing subscriptions
A subscription is an agreement between a reseller (provider) and a customer. A subscription is associated with an account. The billing rules of a subscription are set in its plan and service terms.
Before you start managing subscriptions, configure service terms (see Managing service terms), and create services (see Сonnectors) and plans (see Managing plans).
Depending on a service, managing subscriptions may have its specifics. For detailed information about configuring services and managing subscriptions to these services (including migrating Google Workspace subscriptions (migrating G Suite subscriptions), and migrating Microsoft subscriptions), see Services. Operator Guide (you need to be logged in).
