Activating an event handler

You can activate an event handler to resume sending messages about an event. However, the activation of an event handler does not change the status of the corresponding delegated event handlers of the downstream resellers (see Delegating UI templates, notification templates, event handlers, and notification categories).

To activate an event handler:

1. Go to Event Handlers (see Navigation). The list of event handlers is displayed (see Viewing the list of event handlers).
2. Click the ID or name of the required event handler in the Inactive status. The event handler details page is displayed (see Viewing and updating event handler's details).
3. Click Activate. The selected event handler gets the Active status.
