Version 10.0 Release date 11 March 2026

New features and enhancements:

Enhanced integration with Microsoft with new renewal settings

Effective February 16, 2026, Microsoft updated the behavior of non-renewed subscriptions upon reaching their expiration date. This change impacts all Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners, including distributors, indirect sellers, and direct-bill partners.

By default, all subscription purchases, renewals, and changes made on the platform will result in automatic cancellation upon expiration unless a new action is initiated. The platform also provides functionality to convert a subscription to an Extended Service Term (EST), with subsequent billing for that subscription handled outside the platform. (CR-2990)

Implemented new subscription deletion logic in the Azure Synchronizer

Scenarios in which the same Azure subscription is transferred multiple times between Microsoft partners have been refined. As a result, the subscription will be deleted only by the reseller who performed the most recent transfer operation. (CR-3029)

Refined logic for displaying subscription renewal messages

A subscription renewal notification has been added to the Customer Control Panel to provide more accurate information based on the current service status. Tooltips and card text have been added to the interface to help users pay for their orders on time or enable auto-renewal.

An important update is the automatic conversion of subscription expiration times to the user's local time zone to eliminate date confusion.

An improved countdown timer has been implemented for trial periods, now counting not only days but also hours and minutes remaining. Messages about upcoming renewals are no longer displayed for subscriptions in error or transitional statuses, making the platform's logic more transparent.

The subscription detail page interface now displays an improved message containing the subscription expiration date and time. The notification about the subscription expiration date and time is now supplemented with a recommendation to enable auto-renewal to maintain access to services. (CR-3030)

Improved security when registering a new user

To improve security, the ability to generate a client list by selecting email addresses has been eliminated. As a result, the information messages on the registration completion and password recovery pages in the Customer Control Panel have been updated. (CR-3044)

Modified Ingram integration module

As a result of the Ingram module modification, the following features were implemented:

  • An interface for transferring charges from the integration module to the platform core has been implemented. (CR-2970)

  • A "Linked charge ID" column has been added to the table and toolbar. (CR-2970)

  • The "ActivePlatform Charges" parameter has been added to the "Ingram charges" section. (CR-2970)

  • A new "Charges" tab has been added to the "Ingram Charges" page. (CR-2970)

  • Functionality has been added to automate the processing of external charges, allowing you to integrate data from Ingram reports and use them for issuing invoices and post-paid financial documents. (CR-2975)

  • The user interface for notifications about synchronization with Ingram has been improved. The following information has been added: synchronization time, access token receipt result, synchronization task page, and a message about the possibility of synchronization. (CR-2967)

  • Customize the display of columns in the "Ingram Subscriptions," "Ingram Customers," "Ingram Orders," "Ingram Price List," and "Ingram Charges" sections. (CR-2967)

Improved user experience in the platform

In the Operator Control Panel:

  • A mechanism for filtering by email address has been implemented when adding a user to the user account in the “Accounts” section. (CR-3031)

  • The Vendor page functionality has been expanded: a URL field is now available where you can specify a link to the vendor. If a URL is specified, it will appear as a link in the Catalog; otherwise, only the vendor’s name is displayed. (CR-3026)

  • The Operator Control Panel user interface has been further unified. The recommendations service audit screen now matches the style of the "Quotes" section, providing a more convenient and consistent user experience. (CR-2963)

In the Customer Control Panel:

  • The text of error 403 has been improved. (CR-3004)

  • On the Product detail page in the Catalog, the vendor name is now displayed as a link. (CR-3026)

General improvements:

  • The process for receiving and processing preliminary price lists from Microsoft has been improved. In the event of a future price increase, deferred orders will be recalculated based on the new price. (CR-2842)

  • The number of subscription reactivation attempts has been increased, and the intervals between them have also been widened to improve stability and process success. (CR-3037)

  • Various technical improvements have been implemented. (CR-1822, SAP-24923, SAP-24988, SAP-24904, AB-46344)
