New features and enhancements:
Added integration with the Zadarma SMS service
The platform now supports sending SMS notifications through Zadarma. When configuring a notification event, you can select SMS as the notification type and specify the SMS gateway to use. This provides an additional way to keep customers informed about important events, such as upcoming subscription expirations.
SMS notifications can include account and subscription data, and the account’s Premium status can also be used when configuring notification conditions. (CR-3027)
Added the Subscriptions renewal status notification event
The platform now supports the Subscriptions renewal status notification event, which automatically informs customers about subscriptions approaching their expiration date. The platform checks these subscriptions based on configured conditions, including the payment model, the availability and status of a renewal order, and the auto-renewal setting.
You can configure the time period for checking subscriptions as well as the conditions for sending notifications. You can also include customer and subscription details in the notification template. This makes it possible to notify customers in advance about subscriptions that are about to expire and will not be renewed automatically. (CR-3092)
Added the ability to include PDF documents on the Marketplace product page
The Marketplace now supports displaying additional materials about a product in the form of PDF files or links. They can be added in the Operator Control Panel.
Added materials are available in a separate Resources section on the product page, where users can open links or view documents. (CR-2685)
Introduced additional recommended services during checkout
On the order confirmation page in the Customer Control Panel, customers now see additional services recommended for the product they are ordering. They can select one or more recommended services and add them to their order. Recommendations do not include services that are already activated for the account.
Once the order is confirmed, the selected additional services are activated automatically. (CR-3066)
Added support for combining payments from multiple orders
When placing a prepaid order with additional services selected in the Customer Control Panel, payments for the main order and for the selected additional services are now combined into a single payment. This allows customers on the prepaid payment model to pay for the order and additional services in one transaction.
The combined payment is displayed on the Payments page of the Billing section and covers all products included in the order. (CR-3069)
Automated migration of Ingram subscriptions after order completion
After an Ingram subscription is successfully ordered, it is now automatically created in the platform as well. This allows the subscription to be linked to the account and managed in the platform without any additional actions from the manager. (CR-3125)
Introduced email notification for the Ingram connection is failed event
The platform now allows you to configure email notifications about Ingram connection failures. A notification is sent when the connection status changes from Active to Connection Error.
Managers can specify the recipients, subject, and email body, and use platform and integration data to customize the notification. (CR-3090)
Expanded Ingram subscription management capabilities
The platform now allows users to manage Ingram subscriptions: configure auto-renewal, change subscription resources, or cancel subscriptions. The available actions depend on the current subscription status.
When making changes to a subscription, the platform first checks whether this operation is available and calculates its cost before confirmation, and after that a corresponding order is placed. The results of subscription changes are recorded in the Log. (CR-3054)
