New features and enhancements:
Added the ability to assign multiple Managers to an Account
The platform now allows multiple Managers to be assigned to a single Account. In addition to the Primary manager, resellers can also assign Additional managers and manage their assignment from the Account details page.
New role settings allow access to be restricted only to Accounts assigned to the Manager. In this case, subscriptions, orders, payments, and other related data are also displayed only for the accessible Accounts. Managers for subscriptions can now be managed only from the Account page and cannot be changed directly on the subscription details page.
Managers can also view their assigned Accounts and perform bulk Account assignments if they have the required permissions. (CR-2877)
Added Growth Margin support for Microsoft NCE subscriptions
The platform now supports Microsoft Growth Margin functionality for Microsoft NCE subscriptions. Growth Margin is an enhanced partner margin that provides better economics than the standard base margin for transactions that meet Microsoft's eligibility requirements. It does not change the subscription price paid by the Customer.
When changing the quantity of resources or prolonging a Microsoft NCE subscription, the platform checks whether the requested quantity qualifies for Growth Margin. In the Operator Control Panel, Managers are informed when the requested increase qualifies for Growth Margin and are advised to create a new subscription to receive the higher margin.
Managers can also see when the higher margin has been applied to a new order and view the corresponding Growth Margin ID in the subscription details.
In the Customer Control Panel, if the resource increase cannot be performed on an existing subscription due to Growth Margin requirements, the Customer sees a corresponding notification, and a request for quote is automatically created for the Reseller for further processing. (CR-3151)
