New features and enhancements:
Added the ability to create Not in billing accounts
In the Operator Control Panel, users can now create Not in billing accounts for customers who already exist but have not yet been onboarded to the platform. To create such an account, operators only need to specify the account type and company name; a manager can be assigned to it either immediately or later.
Not in billing accounts are displayed in the list of all accounts and they can be filtered by status, edited, or deleted. They are not included in billing, cannot place subscription orders, do not receive notifications, and do not have access to the Customer Control Panel. When a customer is onboarded to the platform, the account manager needs to complete the required information and activate such accounts for billing. (CR-3159)
Added support for mid-month Microsoft price list updates
Starting May 1, 2026, Microsoft changed the way Current Month price lists are published, allowing them to be republished during the month. Previously published rows are retained, while new or updated rows are added to the existing price list. Microsoft also introduced the LastUpdatedDate parameter, which indicates when a row was added to the price list during the current month. It helps identify pricing changes resulting from a republished price list without comparing the entire price lists.
To support this update, the platform now automatically monitors price list republishing. It checks for changes to the LastUpdatedDate parameter daily and, when a new value is detected, automatically runs Microsoft Plans Updater for connectors based on the NCE & Software Subscriptions plugins. Only plans with newly published data are updated, using the most recent price list entry. (CR-3082)
Improved support for Purchase Order (PO) documents in Ingram subscriptions
When creating a new subscription order, an optional Customer PO number field is now available to store the customer's internal order number. When creating an order to change the quantity of subscription resources, both PO number and Customer PO number can now be provided; both fields are optional.
In the Operator Control Panel, users can now search subscriptions and orders by Customer PO number and use separate filters for PO number and Customer PO number. For existing orders, the Customer PO number field can also be edited, with all changes recorded in the Log. (CR-3129)
Added the ability to generate a Purchase Order certificate (PO certificate)
On the order confirmation page, both in the Operator Control Panel and the Customer Control Panel, you can now download a PDF certificate describing the contents of an order. The certificate includes information about the seller and customer, selected products and plans, price, plan period, billing type, and other order details, and can also include the general terms of service. The certificate is generated from a configurable HTML template that supports placeholders.
This template — Certificate/Confirmation Page — can be found in the UI Templates section of the Operator Control Panel. Here, you can configure whether the certificate will be available in the Operator and Customer Panels and for which order types. The certificate download link will be displayed on the order confirmation page only if the corresponding option is enabled. The generated PDF file name can also be customized. (CR-3060)
