Change history

On the Change history tab, you can view the list of operations for a subscription, starting from its purchase.

To go to the Change history tab:

  1. Click the ID or name of the subscription in any section of Reseller Store. The Subscription details page is displayed.
  2. Go to Change history. A page with a table is displayed.

The list of operations includes the following information:

  • ID operation — the ID of an operation.
  • Operation — the type of an operation (see Subscription management):
    • Sales order — purchasing the subscription.
    • Switch order — changing the subscription plan.
    • Change order — increasing or decreasing the amount of the subscription resources.
    • Renewal order — renewing the subscription for the next period.
    • Prolong order — prolonging the subscription for the next month.

    The Change history tab does not include operations of stopping and activating the subscription. If you need this information, contact the technical support team (see Profiles and managers).

  • Description — the operation details like the amount of resources, the plan name, etc.
  • Status — the status of an operation.

    • Completed — an operation is successfully performed.
    • Waiting for payment — an operation is created and should be paid.
    • Provisioning — activating of purchased resources is undergoing.
    • Cancelled — an operation is cancelled.
    • Provisioning failed — an operation is confirmed, but activating purchased resources failed.
    • Waiting for provisioning — an operation is confirmed but postponed until a certain date.

  • User — information about the manager created an operation. For automatically created operations, the System is displayed.

  • Date of change — the date when the operation status is updated.
