Step 3. Manage users of Vendor Portal

Users in Vendor Portal are responsible for managing products. You can invite users to Vendor Portal by their emails. A user linked to several vendors can switch between them in Vendor Portal (for example, an employee of a system integrator company working with more than one vendor or a member of the ActivePlatform technical support team).

A user can have one of the following statuses:

• Pending — the user was invited but still did not follow the invitation link and confirm the email.
• Active — the user has access to Vendor Portal.
• Inactive — the user is linked to a vendor but does not have access to Vendor Portal.
