Managing Subscriptions
A Subscription is an agreement between Reseller (Provider) and Customer. The Subscription keeps information about a Plan, personal and billing contacts, technical and service provisioning terms. The Subscription is associated with an Account. Existing Subscriptions can be changed.
Before you start managing Subscription, all required Plans (see Managing Plans) and Service Terms (see Managing Service Terms) must be configured, and all required Services (see Application Templates (Connectors)) must be created.
Depending on a Service, managing Subscriptions may have its peculiarities.
