Splitting of charges

Splitting of the Recurring fee charges is a complex of operations carried out when it is necessary to reduce the charge amount and make a refund to the account balance.

Splitting of charges depends on the following:

1. The billing type.
2. The operation caused splitting of charges.
3. The payment model — Prepay or Postpay (see Particular aspects of charges within the Postpay charging model).
