Agreements
Resellers and vendors may require customers to accept certain terms of use, including:
Terms and Conditions — an agreement between the reseller and a customer. It is accepted by a user of the Customer Control Panel when creating an account and when purchasing each subscription (see Full registration and Buy subscription).
Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy — an agreement between the reseller and the customer’s user. It is accepted during user registration in the Customer Control Panel (see Quick registration).
Microsoft Customer Agreement — an agreement between Microsoft as the vendor and a customer. It is accepted by the customer or manager when purchasing or migrating the first Microsoft subscription (see examples in Order Microsoft NCE subscription, Ordering a subscription to the Microsoft NCE service via the Operator Control Panel, Migrating Microsoft NCE subscriptions to the platform).
An agreement can be accepted multiple times. Resellers and vendors can request re‑acceptance of agreements at any time. The current agreement remains valid until a new one is accepted, but without accepting all required agreements, access to the Customer Control Panel is not available (see Accept agreements).
