Viewing the list of the automatic operations

To view the list of operations based on scenarios, go to Scenarios (see Navigation).

You can also get information about the operations required for completing an order on the Scenarios tab of the order's details page (see Viewing order details).

The list of operations based on scenarios includes the following columns:

  • ID — the unique identification number of an operation.
  • Key — the operation key that defines its type.
  • Status — one of the following statuses of an operation:
    • Prepared — an operation is created but has not started yet.
    • Running — an operation is being performed.
    • Completed — an operation is successfully performed, and all scenario steps are completed.
    • Failed — an operation failed due to an error (see Viewing automatic operation details).
    • Waiting for retry — the previous attempt to perform an operation failed, and the next attempt is awaited. The number and period of attempts depend on the operation type.
  • Completion percentage — the completion percentage of an operation.
  • Completed within — the duration of an operation.

You can filter the list of operations by the following parameters (see Searching and filtering):

  • The operation ID.
  • The order ID.
  • The subscription ID.
  • The plan ID.
  • The operation status.
