Managing switchable plans

Switchable plans allow changing the plan of a subscription (see Switching a plan). Switching is possible only between plans based on the same application template (see Viewing the list of connectors).

Switchable plans are available only for some of the billing types. For more information about restrictions, see Switching a plan.

Viewing the list of switchable plan

To view the list of switchable plans:

  1. Go to Plans (see Navigation). The list of plans is displayed (see Viewing the list of plans).
  2. Click the ID or name of the required plan. The plan details page is displayed (see Viewing and updating a plan).
  3. Go to the Switchable Plans tab. The list of switchable plans is displayed and includes the following columns::
    • ID — the unique identification number of a plan.
    • Plan — the name of a plan.
    • Product — the name of the linked product.
    • Delayed switch — if the checkbox is selected, this plan is available for the delayed switch (see Switching a plan).
    • Immediate switch — if the checkbox is selected, this plan is available for the immediate switch (see Switching a plan).
    • Plan status.

If the billing type of the selected plan does not support the delayed switch, all the Delayed switch checkboxes are blocked and not selected, while all the Immediate switch checkboxes are blocked and selected, and the columns with the checkboxes are not displayed by default. See Switching a plan.

Adding a switchable plan

Before adding a plan as switchable, create one using the same application template (see Managing plans).

To add a switchable plan:

  1. On the Switchable Plans tab, click Add. The Add Plans page is displayed with the list of plans based on the same application template and the following columns:
    • ID — the unique identification number of a plan.
    • Plan — the name of a plan.
    • Product — the name of the linked product.
    • Product — the name of the linked product category.
    • Plan status.
      By default, the Search by product filter is used with the name of the product of the current plan.



  2. Select the checkboxes next to the required plans.
  3. Click Save. The selected plans are displayed in the list of switchable plans.

  4. If the billing type of the selected plan supports the delayed switch, in the Delayed switch and Immediate switch columns, select the checkboxes to allow the required switch options for every switchable plan.

  5. Click Save.

Viewing a switchable plan

To view switchable plan details, on the Switchable Plans tab, click the ID or name of the required plan. The plan details page is displayed (see Viewing and updating a plan).

Deleting a switchable plan

To delete a plan from the list of switchable plans:

  1. On the Switchable Plans tab, select the required plan.
  2. Click Delete. The selected plans are excluded from the list of switchable plans.
