Reverting the state of delegated notification category

The notification category changes are delegated to all downstream resellers that did not edit the corresponding inherited notification category (see Delegating UI templates, notification templates, event handlers, and notification categories).

To undo all changes and revert the state of a delegated notification category to the state of the corresponding parent notification category of the upstream reseller:

  1. Go to Notification Categories (see Navigation). The list of notification categories is displayed (see Viewing the list of notification categories).
  2. Click the ID or name of the required notification category with Customized = Yes. The notification category details page is displayed (see Viewing and updating notification category's details).
  3. Click Reset To Current State of Senior. The notification category is reset to the state of the corresponding parent notification category of the upstream reseller and gets Customized = No.
