Manage Microsoft Azure Plan subscription
To manage your Microsoft Azure Plan subscription, use the Managing tab of the subscription page in the Customer Control Panel (see Subscription details). Some operations are also available from the subscription card in the list of subscriptions of your account (see List of subscriptions).
Only the following operations can be available for managing a Microsoft Azure Plan subscription:
- Manual stop of an active subscription. For the general description of the procedure, see Stop subscription in the Customer Control Panel guide.
- Manual activation of a stopped subscription. For the general description of the procedure, see Activate subscription in the Customer Control Panel guide.
For Microsoft Azure Plan subscriptions in Active, Stopped, or Blocked status in the platform, statuses are synchronized daily with Microsoft. As a result of such synchronization, a subscription in the platform may be stopped, activated or deleted to match its current status on the Microsoft side.
Changing resources of a Microsoft Azure Plan subscription is not available since all information about its resources is stored on the service side.
