Manage Microsoft Azure Plan subscription
To manage your Microsoft Azure Plan subscription, use the Managing tab of the subscription page in the Customer Control Panel (see Subscription details). Some operations are also available from the subscription card in the list of subscriptions of your account (see List of subscriptions).
Only the following operations can be available for managing a Microsoft Azure Plan subscription:
- Manual stop of an active subscription. For the general description of the procedure, see Stop subscription in the Customer Control Panel guide.
- Manual activation of a stopped subscription. For the general description of the procedure, see Activate subscription in the Customer Control Panel guide.
Subscription statuses are daily synchronized with Microsoft. As a result of this synchronization, a subscription in the platform may be stopped, activated or deleted to match its current status on the Microsoft side. Subscriptions transferred to another Microsoft partner are also deleted as a result of synchronization.
The platform sets the name of a subscription on the Microsoft side using the template <The subscription ID in the platform> <The subscription name in the platform>
and limits it to 200 characters. When a subscription is renamed in the platform, it may take up to 20 minutes to apply the changes on the Microsoft side.
The name changes made manually on the Microsoft side are not synchronized with the platform.
Changing resources of a Microsoft Azure Plan subscription is not available since all information about its resources is stored on the service side.
To manage user role assignments of a Microsoft Azure Plan subscription, see Assign user roles for Microsoft Azure Plan subscription.
