Returning an account from administrative hold

After returning an account from the administrative hold:

• Users attached to this account can access its Customer Control Panel.
• Subscriptions that had the Active and Graced statuses before the administrative hold get these statuses back. Other subscriptions do not change their statuses.

To return an account from the administrative hold:

1. Go to Accounts (see Navigation). The list of accounts is displayed (see Viewing the list of accounts).
2. Click the ID or name of the required account. The account details page is displayed (see Viewing and updating account's details).
3. On the General tab, click Activate.
